MOW Indy Spotlight - The Matriarch Sage Morin

If you listen to one podcast on this feed this year, make it this one.  Sage "Mo" Morin presents as a proud Indigenous woman who wrestles across Canada and beyond.  That is just the past 3 years of her story though.

Behind "The Matriarch", the proud Cree Warrior that comes to the ring in traditional influenced gear and rocks to the ring to Halluci Nation's "Electric Pow Wow" is a loving mother who has endured the challenges of growing up in Canada during a journey of reconciliation.  That is a challenge shared by millions, but would only be exacerbated later in her life, as she and her family would suffer a level of tragedy that few may ever understand.
